My first thought mirrored Camabar's to a T -- seems like OKcupid is less than ideal; you don't want just an OK match, you want a BLOWYOURMINDAMAZING match. So if the best they can do is OK, you're missing out on those higher end matches, man! ;)

Disclaimer: I met my current gf through OKC and she is downright skinny.
Matches are based on personality, not size. There are options to make certain strictures on size. Although, as for now, at least the matches aren't fooling you on their weight through altered pics, etc.
