If you don't out the rest of the bus with your bomb vest, you just suck at life.
true. but thats not necessarily a bad thing. there are lots of things i would rather do alone than with a group of people.
My first thought was exactly the first two things swift said. In the process of dying, I'd kind of like to be at peace with myself, rather than surrounded with people. But at the same time, I think being surrounded by those I love would put me at peace.
I'd say we all die unconscious at least in the last fragment of a second of life, thus we become unaware of any others with us, thus we all feel like we're dying alone.
Also, barring psychological connection to other victims around you, dying is rather an individualistic process.

false.
If you die with people around you, you're not alone.
If you die with people around you, you're not alone.
False: what about multiple personality disorder!
True, except in the case that Sara outlined. The act of dying is done alone, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, as per swift and and camabar.
False.
This is some bullshit baroque romantic nonsense.
What is meant by alone? Physically alone? Often not the case, emotionally alone? Often not the case.
If you're saying "the act of dying", as a physical function, is done alone, that may be broadly true but it doesn't make any sense unless we look at all our other biologic functions in the same way.
In that case, I orgasm alone too (even when with someone and present and attentive) and I shit alone and I'm alone in every other activity I do.
So I think first and foremost you're wrong, and also that in any meaningful sense of the parameters of "alone" it's completely not worth considering because when extended sufficiently broadly to cover your remark we're all alone in everything we do.

lol i like Max's response. I imagined him saying it in one breath and in the voice that little kids give speeches :D
ok that was weird.
ok that was weird.
Completely false
false if you're the couple from The Notebook
I totally agree with Max here.
Technically, we're all alone psychologically. Constantly. (Franz Kafka wrote a lot concerning this concept.)
If you don't want to die alone, become a psychic.
